Each monthly order includes 2 pocket-sized tins with 12 pieces each (24 mints total). Why only 24? Because we've found people don't feel the need to use our products every day. That said, if you are someone who will use these every day or more than once/day, we recommend ordering a double dose.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every one of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case and you are dissatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your order, let us know and we'll refund you immediately, no questions asked.
Are any purchases final sale?
None of our items will be final sale unless they are specifically marked that way. For everything else we sell, we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has been placed, our team will work on getting your order ready within 1-2 business days–excluding holidays and weekends. The estimated delivery window is between 3-7 business days.
Expedited shipping methods are available for one-time purchases on our site. For all standard and expedited shipping methods, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM ET will be processed on Monday to ship.
How much does shipping cost?
We are admittedly not big fans of shipping fees ourselves, so shipping on all of our products (regardless of quantity) is always free.
How does my subscription work?
At checkout for any product, you'll have the option of selecting the subscription model for a disounted automatic monthly delivery, or opting for a one-time purchase.
You can select or update your formulas or reschedule your next order if you're traveling, or have simply fallen behind on taking them.
You have full control of your subscription with OffScript and can cancel at any point before your next order has been processed. You can manage your subscription by logging into your account using the email address you used when you purchased.

All of our products are formulated and manufactured locally in the U.S.A. We carefully select our sourcing partners from both local and global sources to ensure our ingredients and products are the highest quality and fairest value.
