All of our mints are sublingual, so they're designed to dissolve instantly under your tongue and absorb directly into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion entirely.

Of course, exact timing can vary from person to person. Factors like your metabolism and your sensitivity to specific ingredients can all play a role.

Most healthy adults can safely consume up to 400mg of caffeine per day (per FDA general guidance), which is about 4 pieces of OffScript FOCUS+FLOW. We recommend 1 mint at a time, as needed, and no more than 2 in any one sitting.

Yes. For most users, you can continue to enjoy coffee even if you’re taking our caffeinated formulas. Keep in mind, our formula contains 100 mg of caffeine, which is roughly equivalent to a cup of coffee, so depending on your sensitivity, you may want to monitor your total caffeine intake (despite ur formula containing 150mg of L-theanine smoothing out the highs of the caffeine). Most healthy adults can safely consume up to 400mg of caffeine per day, per FDA general guidance.

Many OffScript users have even reported their coffee consumption has gone down and become less reliant on coffee to energize them throughout the day. Many say FOCUS+FLOW is able to replace their morning cup.

Each monthly order includes 2 pocket-sized tins with 12 pieces each (24 mints total). Why only 24? Because we've found people don't feel the need to use our products every day. FOCUS+FLOW, for example, is often only used for energy and concentration during the workweek or as a pre-workout, and may not be as needed on certain days. That said, if you're someone who needs these products every day or more than once/day, we recommend ordering a double dose.
