THE WALL
The same paragraph you’ve read three times. The tab you can’t remember opening. Coffee jitters followed by a crash. Sugar-laden energy drinks that wreck your sleep. Prescriptions that come with side effects and a version of you that doesn’t feel like you.
It was never about willpower. Focus is fuel, and when the tank is empty, pushing harder doesn’t fill it.
ONE MINT. 15 MINUTES.
Locked in before your coffee would’ve finished brewing. No ramp-up, no jitters, no crash later. You end the day with something left in the tank.
And it compounds. CognatiQ builds BDNF daily, so week 4 beats week 1. The good day becomes the default day.

“Sharp, calm focus within minutes.”
“My wife and I are parents, so it was amazing to be more efficient after 3pm.”
Andres G.
“15 minutes in and I felt the difference in my level of focus. The first time I used it before heading to the gym and I could tell I wasn't so spaced out. I had a well organized and intentional work out. My wife also gave it a try and she shared similar results... she also mentioned she had more energy to tackle through the rest of her day. We are both parents so for us it was amazing to be able more efficient after 3pm.”
“Focus+Flow mints definitely work.”
Baron
“Focus+Flow mints definitely work, which actually surprised me. I often find myself feeling a little sluggish in the early afternoon, so I experimented by taking a mint after lunch each day for an entire week to see if it would help me power through the work load each afternoon, and guess what? It worked! Highly recommended!”
“Locked in. No jitters, no crash.”
Jake
“I don't usually post about products I get, but this stuff is incredible. Been using focus+flow for a couple weeks now during the workweek and it has worked great for me, keeps me on task and locked in to what I'm doing and in one of those flow states you're always looking to be in. No jitters or crash either so far. Couldn't recommend this higher.”
Traditional capsules take up to 90 minutes and lose up to 50% potency through digestion. Our mints are sublingual, which means they’re active in 15 minutes and bypass your digestive system entirely.

“I really like how Focus + Flow is made to support daily cognitive function. … L-tyrosine specifically can support focus during high pressure tasks, while B vitamins and choline can give the brain nutrients tied to normal function and mental energy.”†
Joshua Elmore, DO
Internal Medicine Physician
“FOCUS+FLOW combines several well-studied ingredients, including caffeine and L-theanine, in a convenient formula designed to support focus and alertness. … It's a practical option for adults looking for an alternative to another cup of coffee.”
Jennifer Weeks, NP
Primary Care · 9 years in practice
“FOCUS+FLOW mints could be a good option when you need to stay focused in spite of everyday stress. Along with caffeine and L-theanine, the mints include rhodiola, which has been studied for its role in mental energy and the way the body responds to stress.”†

Our reviews
Customers said this focus supplement "really works" providing "calm, clear focus" without jitters or crashes. Many report improved productivity and mental clarity within 15-30 minutes that lasts hours. Main complaint: taste is divisive - some say it "tastes great" while others find it "awful" or "disgusting." Praised as a clean alternative to coffee.

I have LOVED it! It really works. I feel this sharp, calm focus within minutes that lasts throughout the day. My favorite ingredient is L-Theanine.
I was recently promoted at work, and these focus & flow tablets really help me lock-in with calm confidence, instead of the new role jitters I used to get.
I really like it. Helps me stay focused and clear headed when I need to concentrate. Feel more on track. Definitely one of my favorites!
This has been the most helpful product I’ve ever used to help me focus at work! Love it
I’ve been using this for a couple months now and honestly I’m really happy with it. Feel more clear headed and just more balanced overall
I can focus better, my memory has improved and I feel less anxious. It’s been working really well for me
Great product! Work well! definitely buy it again
Absolutely love it! Taste great and kick in fast to clear my brain fog
Seriously powerful, really like it!
I really like them, work great!

Love FOCUS+FLOW. It’s simple, works great and really helps me stay focused throughout the day. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend it!
great for focus!
Initially, I thought the taste was a little bit odd but then I got used to it and I do think it made me feel good. I feel like I had a positive response to the ingredients!!
I really didn't feel any different in my focus or my energy I wish I would have
Actual results align with what was promised
I notice a difference, I am not procrastinating as much!!
This product is pretty accurate to it's explanation. The only down side is the taste of these "mints" are disgusting. They are totally worth it because they do work but you really have to get over the taste.
One lozenge will work for hours calm collected and focused. All natural no chems. Great product
I enjoy the effect but the size and texture are a little annoying but nothing is perfect. A smaller, faster absorbing sublingual such as a capsule would be more comfortable, but the effect is fine. I will probably try your other product . Keep up the good work. Thanks
it’s fine and works but tastes awful
I liked everything this helped me really focus.
Game-changer! Got rid of the morning fog and keeps me at full speed rest of the day. Will soon sign up for a subscription.
I found it to be a good alternative to prescription ADHD medication
Its definitely not candy so dont expect something sweet, but it works well.
It's a good concept and it's strong. I like that it's easy to take with me
It def helped with my brain fog. It tastes a bit like greens mixed with mint.
The taste is awful
