I never graduated high school.
No diploma, no GED. I couldn't sit still and I couldn't make myself care about a textbook being read at me. I learn by doing things, breaking them, and doing them again. School was never going to be my thing.
So I went and built things instead.
In 2015 it was a watch company in Brooklyn called Rebel Time. Small brand, small team, everything on me. Three years of learning how to take a product from an idea to somebody's wrist. Then a decade in growth, scaling consumer brands online, the last of it as CMO at King of Christmas.
That's the work half of the story. Here's the other half.
I watched the people I love come home from the doctor with more than they walked in with. One problem in, two new ones out. A new prescription for each. Nobody ever asked what might be worth trying first. There was no first. There was just the prescription pad.
That's the part that never sat right with me. A synthetic pill built in a lab to override a symptom, fast, with side effects your body was never designed to handle. So now you need a second pill to manage what the first broke. And a third, sometimes, for what the second one did. Nobody signed up for all that math. It just happens, one prescription at a time, until "healthy" means managing four things instead of one.
The drugs that save lives are miracles, and I'd never talk anyone out of taking them. But somewhere along the way, the prescription stopped being the answer and simply became the reflex. The first move instead of the last resort. But there's a whole world of things a body can do before it ever gets anywhere near that point. All natural, well-studied, and without the trade-off of one problem for three more.
That world is where I've always lived. I ice bath. I sauna. I lift. I run. I stretch. I eat clean. I nerd out on nutrition research. I climbed a mountain in Poland during a blizzard, in shorts, with Wim Hof. I've raced two half Ironmans and the full distance at Challenge Roth. Years of experiments on my own body, paying attention to what came back.
In September 2025 I turned that obsession into OffScript.
I found a biochemist and together we built FOCUS+FLOW. Ingredient by ingredient, dose by dose, round after round of samples and dialing in the formulation. Almost a year before I'd sell anyone anything. We cut ingredients that worked because they didn't belong in a mint. The formula that shipped is the one we couldn't find a reason to change.
And I practice what I preach. I take FOCUS+FLOW every day, around 1pm, when the afternoon decides whether it's going to happen or not. When I take it, it always does.
As far as I'm concerned, FOCUS+FLOW is just the beginning. Soon we will launch more products, each one the natural alternative to a synthetic pharmaceutical, each one helping people solve their problems naturally and at the root, rather than just slapping a bandaid on the symptoms. That's our entire model: pick a problem the pad reaches for first, find what the research says actually works, and build the natural version. No side effects to manage. No second prescription waiting on the other side of the first. No compromises.
What I Am Not
I am not a doctor, and nothing I write is medical advice. I read the research carefully and I tell you what it says, including where it is thin. That is a different job from knowing your history, and if you are on medication or managing a diagnosed condition, the conversation you need is with a clinician, not with me.
