Focus Protocols

Deep work, deadlines + the 2pm slump. Built around FOCUS+FLOW.

A protocol is a decision you have already made. Instead of standing in front of the cabinet wondering what you need, you know what you take, when you take it + what it is supposed to do.

These are the focus guides we publish, grouped by where focus actually breaks down. Start with the problem you recognise, not the ingredient you have heard of. The ingredient pages sit at the bottom for when you want to check our work.

Every dose is printed + every claim is cited. Where the evidence is thinner than the marketing, we say so on the page.

FOCUS ON COMMAND

CognatiQ, Rhodiola, L-Tyrosine + L-Theanine at printed doses. 12 mints per tin, 2 tins per order.

Common Questions

What is a focus protocol?

A decision made in advance: what you take, when you take it + what it is meant to do. It takes the guesswork out of a demanding morning. Each guide on this page defines one, from a deep-work session to a 2pm slump.

Where should I start?

Start with the problem you recognise rather than the ingredient you have heard of. If mornings are fine but afternoons collapse, read the 2pm crash guide. If the fog runs all day, start with brain fog. The ingredient pages are there to check our work afterwards.

How long before a focus supplement works?

It depends on the compound. Caffeine + L-Theanine act within the hour. Adaptogens like Rhodiola are studied over weeks of consistent use. We separate the two on every page so you judge each one on its own clock.

Do I need to take it every day?

Not necessarily. Some of this is built for specific sessions, some for a daily baseline. The timing guides on this page cover daily use, when to take it + what to expect in the first two weeks.
